I guided the development of the Ash & Fir brand for Bespoke Post, shaping its strategy and product design to focus on men's decor and fragrances that add character and style to their dens.

I led the team through a year-long R&D process to reimagine the backflow incense burner. We created a smarter, cleaner, and more distinctive design that was unique to the market and sold out in just two months, helping drive over half a million in revenue.

We helped customers refresh their dens with a seasonal line of decor products, from heritage wool blankets and pillows to rugged leather valets and sleek display storage.
